  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage expenses and maintain financial records
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing prescriptions and healthcare appointments
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Plan and coordinate events, including team meetings and dinners
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they arise
