Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or product documentation, preferably in a SaaS or software environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• 2+ years of experience developing solutions under the agile development methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update user guides, customer-facing training materials, FAQs, release notes, patch notes, and other documentation for Legion Workforce Management.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accurate, catering to various audiences including end-users, developers, and system administrators.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, customer support, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
• Participate in scrum meetings to stay informed about new features and changes.
• Continuously review and improve documentation practices and standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to enhance documentation quality.
• Maintain a consistent tone, style, and format across all documentation.
• Use documentation tools and software to create, manage, and publish content.
