Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a library of resources for customer success teams.

  • Support tracking and reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Manage an Enablement calendar and internal ticketing system.
  • Monitor content adoption, providing reporting and recommendations.
  • Act as a communication bridge between teams.
  • Oversee internal communication cadence and content.
  • Manage customer reference contacts.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on tools and data needs.
  • Analyze internal request data for content improvement.
