Sr. Brand Designer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on design experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house.
• Strong technical skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Experience with Google Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual design skills.
• Ability to communicate creative concepts and engage in feedback discussions.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup and familiarity with the B2B or healthcare audience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design for both in person and virtual events, including stage design, signage, and presentations.
• Create content like logos, illustrations, and animations for collateral including websites, social media, and print materials.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency and enhance visual appeal for B2B audience.
• Manage design project deadlines across multiple campaigns.
• Communicate design strategies clearly and facilitate feedback discussions.
• Stay current with design trends and recommend innovative concepts.
