Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in healthcare, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on payer solutions.
• Proven record of driving growth and meeting sales targets.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in GTM planning.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare payer landscape.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute overall strategy for the payer business unit.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead the development of business plans.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the payer industry.
• Lead contract negotiations with strategic clients and partners.
• Set product direction aligning with payer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee performance metrics and mentor a high-performing team.
