• 8+ years of experience in healthcare payer consulting or working with large payers.
• Deep understanding of payer market and technology ecosystems.
• Knowledge of risk adjustment, quality management, and value-based care analytics.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with C-suite executives.
• Experience in software and technology sales is a plus.
• MBA from a top business school or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and market solutions for payers and community pharmacies.
• Collaborate with sales and partnership teams on complex deals.
• Create sales playbooks based on client data and performance information.
• Develop market strategies with product and marketing teams.
• Drive upsells and new deals through consultative discovery.
• Architect overall growth strategy collaboratively with product teams.
• Coordinate external content creation for sales support.
• Take ownership of proposals and presentations for critical deals.
