Requirements:
  • Experience in technical account management, customer success, or client services in technology and healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and act as a trusted advisor to develop solutions.
  • Manage the overall delivery of projects including charters, kickoffs, and QBRs.
  • Oversee the project team, including engineers and designers.
  • Ensure project budget adherence and schedule management.
  • Engage deeply with customers to identify relevant datasets and integrate them.
  • Present results and proposals to various levels within customer organizations.
