Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within fintech, regtech, or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex technology initiatives and managing large teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Preferred Master’s degree or advanced certifications in technology management.
• Deep expertise in technology strategy, product development, and infrastructure management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate a clear technology vision that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement a technology strategy to support long-term business goals.
• Oversee the lifecycle of large-scale technology products, from design to deployment.
• Manage and optimize technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, particularly in FinTech and RegTech.
• Lead and mentor large technology teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Serve as a primary liaison for technology initiatives with stakeholders.
