Requirements:

• At least 25 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
• Substantial experience in the fintech, regtech, or SaaS sectors.
• Proven track record of leading HR functions at a senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• Deep knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced data analysis.
