Senior GTM Recruiter

Requirements:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS environment with a focus on Go-to-Market talent.
• A total of 6+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in-house at a Series B, C, or later-stage SaaS startup.
• Previous recruitment agency experience.
• Demonstrable skills in behavioral interviewing, assessment, and influencing.
• Ability to engage and close candidates at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a data-driven recruiting environment.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and candidate sourcing tools (Greenhouse preferred).
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills, strong time-management abilities, and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and engage talent to grow the team through creative and diverse multi-channel methods.
• Own hiring manager relationships and iteratively improve recruiting processes.
• Develop an extensive understanding of Scribe’s business and culture.
• Design, implement, and execute recruiting plans in partnership with hiring teams.
• Manage pipeline activity and provide recommendations based on data for improving talent strategies.
• Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
• Manage candidate experience, demonstrating judgment and empathy.
• Communicate authentically about Scribe’s mission, business, and culture.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to build a world-class Talent Brand.
