Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years at law firms and 3+ years in-house at high growth technology companies.
• Experience in commercial B2B SaaS transactions and understanding of data privacy regulations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate financial and regulatory impacts of business decisions.
• Experience managing external counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Advise the executive leadership team on legal matters.
• Draft, structure, review, negotiate and advise on various inbound and outbound commercial agreements.
• Manage Scribe's commercial contracting function to drive excellence and efficiency.
• Provide guidance on data privacy and protection issues.
• Manage corporate legal matters including equity transactions.
• Advise on employment-related matters and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
