Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within technology, media, and/or telecommunications.
  • 5+ years of experience with entity risk and supply chain risk management as it relates to TMT.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a customer success team, specifically leading sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in selling supply chain software services.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Prior Go-To-Market experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Represent the company as a public speaker at various events.
  • Organize client events and create thought leadership content.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive TMT knowledge hub.
  • Develop TMT specific pitch decks and compile case studies.
  • Manage and grow key accounts effectively.
  • Mentor the vertical Corporate Markets team.
