Responsibilities:
Oversee daily payment operations, including processing client and office payments, invoices, managing client account balances, handling disbursements, and ensuring timely payments.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for client and office accounts.
Ensure all payment processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Work with legal teams to address any issues related to payment operations.
Identify areas for improvement in payment processes and implement creative solutions to enhance efficiency and client and lawyer experience.
Prepare regular reports on payment operations, including performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Liaise with clients regarding their accounts and resolve any queries or discrepancies.
Take ownership of payment operations projects and initiatives, driving them from conception to execution.
