Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Past experience working in a two-sided marketplace is heavily preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with product marketing, including positioning and launch strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing funnel analysis heavily preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Xometry’s marketplace division’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
  • Work heavily with Marketing Shared Services teams on marketing execution and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain acquisition and retention strategies for new and existing users.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including traditional media and digital marketing.
  • Own brand equity and messaging strategy.
  • Collaborate with the brand, content/email, and performance marketing teams to develop assets.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for launches and positioning.
  • Conduct market research and create compelling product positioning and value propositions.
