Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the US life insurance industry and a strong professional network.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred.
• Background in reinsurance, venture capital, or life insurance consulting is a plus.
• Self-motivated and persistent, with the ability to find solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Deep understanding of the US life insurance market and products.
• Strong network within the life insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively understand stakeholder needs and influence audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice to the company’s senior leadership on product and partnership strategy.
• Manage the company’s key carrier and reinsurer partnerships.
• Advocate for Ethos and partner insurance objectives including profitability, growth, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Identify and arrange new products and partnerships to support strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to realize new partnerships and launch new products.
