Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in business operations, specifically within SaaS and private equity-backed companies.
• 7+ years in progressive leadership roles driving transformational initiatives.
• Proven success in managing P&Ls with revenues of $50-100MM+.
• Significant experience building relationships with SMB and Mid-Market Enterprises.
• Experience in gathering market feedback to influence product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the product(s) to hit top-line goals (i.e., revenue) and profit and expense targets.
• Monitor non-financial KPIs to ensure long-term growth and success of the product line.
• Lead a matrix product organization of roughly 100 people, ensuring collaboration towards product goals.
• Set big initiatives for the coming year and hold the team accountable to those goals.
• Work closely with product management to develop long-term strategies and product roadmaps.
