Requirements:

• Experience building NLP/Vision solutions; must understand the ML lifecycle and basics of cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with the transformers library is essential.
• Self-starter who can tackle hard problems independently.
• Attention to detail in communication and problem-solving.
• Strong customer relationship building skills.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable writing code scripts and notebooks on transformers/ML Ops use cases.
• Quick learner; enjoys staying updated on developments in AI/ML.

Responsibilities:

• Empathize with customers to understand their issues and goals when using transformers (NLP and Vision primarily).
• Solve customer problems through research, coding, or collaboration with in-house experts.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and understand their goals.
• Explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Learn constantly and share knowledge with customers.
