Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in selling complex custom software development projects to Fortune 2000-type companies, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and trends, enabling effective communication of Nearform's value proposition to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to both acquire new clients (hunting) and nurture existing accounts (farming) through relationship building, strategic selling, and consultative engagement.
