- Minimum three years of experience in customer support or sales capacity.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is required.
- Project Management, HUB Operations, Specialty Pharmacy Operations, or Account Management experience is strongly desired.
- Technical skills are a must.

- Works with Client Services to solve complex support issues.
- Manages the delivery of recommended services to achieve client satisfaction.
- Determines effective problem resolution methods utilizing internal resources.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for sales and service.
- Participates in client quarterly reviews and annual Plan Of Action meetings.
- Plans milestones and tracks progress.
