Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in program analysis, evaluation, and management.
• Proven experience in a large-scale integrated Health Care System.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in relevant field, experience with Veterans’ health care, Project Management or Program Evaluation certification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support VHA in analyzing and evaluating healthcare program effectiveness.
• Conduct systematic reviews to assess current and future VHA programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Measure success, outcomes, and improvements of programs.
• Assist VHA in executing program operations to meet established goals and objectives.
• Provide input on program evaluation and improvement to enhance performance.
• Assist in the identification of program resources and develop comprehensive program reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with VHA’s mission.
