5+ years of experience with Salesforce.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for a variety of audiences and situations.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect (TA), you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Salesforce projects at Neocol.
You will combine your technical expertise with solution design skills to create scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with the business requirements of clients.
Your duties may include owning portions of the design, supporting the Solution Architect, leading technical delivery, executing technical process reviews, and providing guidance on technical topics.
You will collaborate with Solution Architects on client solutions, develop strategies to tackle complex technical challenges, and ensure effective communication on projects.
As Release Manager, you will handle deployment and release management strategies, track documentation for deployment executions, and resolve errors during deployments.
