Requirements:

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, including impactful leadership roles on major products.
• 5+ years of direct PM management experience, including managing other leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the growth of a consumer product, with a focus on engagement, retention, activation, and growth loops.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for long-term growth.
• Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase daily active usage, user engagement, retention, and activation.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Apply data and analytics to inform product decisions and growth strategies.
• Partner closely with engineering, marketing, UX, and other teams to align on growth objectives.
• Advocate for the user to ensure growth initiatives enhance the user experience.
• Communicate progress and insights to senior leadership.
