Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
• Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud.
• Experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud.
• 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision.
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role.
• Expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis, and the identification of the 'so-what’s' therein.
• Create compelling client-ready presentations.
• Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.
