Requirements:
- An experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in account/customer management.
- Experienced in business development for at least 2 years preferred.
- Proven track record of account growth.
- Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.
- Technology savvy, including experience with various HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Works directly with clients to define and oversee execution of engagements. Responsible for client satisfaction during the implementation. Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
- Project Execution: Responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the project, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met. Identify and mitigate project risks. Manage day-to-day activities across project phases.
- Team Leadership: Build and coach a team of Delivery members. Participate in the sales cycle as needed to gather requirements and develop proposals.
