Requirements:
  • An experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in account/customer management.
  • Experienced in business development for at least 2 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of account growth.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Works directly with clients to define and oversee execution of engagements. Responsible for client satisfaction during the implementation. Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
  • Project Execution: Responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the project, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met. Identify and mitigate project risks. Manage day-to-day activities across project phases.
  • Team Leadership: Build and coach a team of Delivery members. Participate in the sales cycle as needed to gather requirements and develop proposals.
