Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional downstream marketing experience in medical aesthetics or medical device industry.
• Experience working with Dermatologists and/or Estheticians.
• Proven experience executing marketing campaigns and leading creative processes.
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a budget and invoicing.
• Experience with visual merchandising and social media content.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Adaptable team player comfortable in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and development of digital and printed materials to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and promote marketing materials to drive sell-through sales.
• Create digital assets to promote brand campaigns to providers and clients.
• Support development of educational materials for product launches.
• Lead practice marketing communications to increase provider use of marketing assets.
• Oversee creative development and provide direction for marketing projects.
• Manage material uploads to provider resource website.
• Research partnerships to enhance brand presence in practices.
• Collaborate with sales teams on B2B2C marketing materials.
• Report on KPIs to measure effectiveness of campaigns.
