Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
• Must hold a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license.
• Licensure in New York, Illinois, and/or California preferred.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
• Oncology-related certifications required or must be obtained within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a clinical resource for members and their care network via phone, email, and video communication.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health.
• Facilitate end-of-life care discussions and address clinical issues.
• Support members throughout their oncology care continuum, coordinating care and offering clinical support.
• Participate in case conferences and collaborate with the healthcare team.
