Requirements:

• 8+ years of technical program management experience at a technology company or in a technical capacity.
• 3+ years working on consumer growth platforms, optimizing levers across all funnel stages.
• Ability to enjoy solving hard problems and translate ambiguous inputs into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in leveraging data for critical decision-making.
• Prior experience with global programs.
• Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large scale programs that intersect consumer tech, growth, marketing, compliance, and international expansion.
• Set goals, align cross-functional teams, and execute effectively.
• Be accountable for roadmap delivery, including adoption and success criteria.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Manage requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and program communication.
• Create functional specs, project/release plans, and roadmaps.
• Monitor program status, identify risks, and communicate issues for timely resolution.
