Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of onchain ecosystems, including L1 and L2 networks, DeFi protocols, staking, etc.
• Experience in identifying machine-level, transaction-level, and business logic-level vulnerabilities in smart contracts and protocol infrastructure.
• 3+ years of smart contract auditing experience and proven track record in leading audits of complex protocols.
• Strong energy and self-drive for continuous learning in the rapidly changing crypto space.
• Passion for mentoring blockchain security engineers and openness to learning from the team.
• Clear, direct, and kind communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in building relationships with security, product, and engineering teams.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term tactical planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop onchain security strategies and perform security assessments and threat modeling of various blockchain protocols.
• Lead from the front, proactively identify top onchain security risks and develop strategies to address them.
• Provide expert technical guidance to the team in building new frameworks, tools, and security products.
• Establish best practices and engage with product and engineering teams for adoption.
• Coach and mentor Protocol Security team members to enhance their skills.
• Guide Protocol Security to leverage cutting-edge security technologies and set industry standards.
