• Experience creating and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage an engineering team and guide the development of essential product features and underlying infrastructure.
• Coach direct reports to positively impact the organization and help them chart a fulfilling career path.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to create a tangible roadmap.
• Break down complex projects into smaller pieces for design and implementation.
• Act as a technical voice and support diligent architectural decisions.
• Work with talent organization to source and hire engineers.
• Contribute to processes that drive engineering quality.
