Requirements:
  • 4+ years in a training, sales, teaching or related field.
  • 2+ years in a sales enablement role.
  • Proven ability to adapt on the fly, while establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines at a fast pace, in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience presenting day-long or multi-day trainings to groups of 10+ learners and developing dynamic training curriculums.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product.
  • Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong to create strong coaching culture.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal), while also being able to facilitate by breaking down complex topics that our sales team can action on immediately.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling motions for a complex technology company.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training programs that equip members of our Enterprise & Strategic Sales teams with the essential knowledge and skills required to be successful in their role.
  • Maintain a sales training curriculum that is highly effective and consumable by members of our team: including the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel training materials.
  • Own the outcomes of your training programs: continually measure program compliance, participant performance and business impact of each program.
  • Attend customer meetings and embed with our go-to-market teams to develop a clear perspective on how to improve our training programs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Figma's selling motions as our platform and user base expand.
  • Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with the Enterprise & Strategic Sales team and Leaders.
