Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in JavaScript (JS) and ServiceNow.
• Experience leading ITOM implementations.
• Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus.
• Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop quality software and web applications.
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
• Design highly scalable, testable code.
• Discover and fix programming bugs.
• Conduct 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc.).
• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts.
• Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services.
• Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues.
• Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed.
• Participate in SCRUM calls.
• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work.
