Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with a successful product delivery track record, ideally in healthcare.
• Deep understanding of modern healthcare SaaS platforms and their architecture.
• Ability to tackle cross-team challenges related to customer experience, quality, and security.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity with a bias toward autonomy.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment focused on high-growth.
• Preferred experience with AI/ML tools and in mental health technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-impact 0-1 product initiative, acting as a technical leader and contributing across various facets of engineering.
• Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to rapidly innovate.
• Partner with the GM, Engineering Manager, and CTO to establish technical standards and create scalable software architecture.
• Break down complex requirements into manageable, incremental deliverables.
• Prioritize and manage project timelines, ensuring successful completion of deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive leadership in these areas.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of products and users, aligning work with the mission of transforming mental healthcare.
• Quickly pivot and adapt solutions based on feedback, maintaining communication with the team.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs in complex project delivery.
