Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative production support.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of horse racing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in on-site production at Kentucky racetracks supporting production crew and talent teams.
• Perform research to gather information for production.
• Prepare paperwork, data entry, and print projects as needed.
• Transcribe media and research production content.
• Assist in the production booth with video playback and securing guests.
• Log and clip races on the server-based system for archival and production purposes.
• Assist in post-production and video tape editing.
• Post to social media platforms as needed.
• Be available on-site at Kentucky racetracks to assist with production needs.
• Undertake errands as required.
