• Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Proficiency in event management tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building and analyzing event performance reports.
• Ability to manage event budgets and demonstrate a strong focus on ROI.
• Experience working with vendors to drive attendance campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement event strategies for hosted events, aligning with business goals.
• Partner with Field Marketing Managers for end-to-end event execution, including logistics.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams for event resources and promotional strategies.
• Create materials for sales enablement and maintain event brand consistency.
