Requirements:
  • In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor.
  • BA/BSc/MSc or PhD in Science is required.
  • Previous BDR experience desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in generating new accounts within the life science market.
  • High degree of customer service with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of the life science industry, with the ability to effectively communicate the full product portfolio in line with company strategy.
  • Experience in using CRM systems for managing leads, forecasting, and maintaining customer data.
  • Skilled in prospecting new leads using in-house digital tools.
  • Ability to actively manage the sales process through various communication channels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
  • Willingness to maintain and update technical knowledge through courses and in-house product training.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
  • As a remote colleague, you will work at developing strong relationships in the life science research market to grow new business.
  • As part of the sales team, you will work closely with our sales manager to support the strategic development and delivery of the annual sales plan.
  • The role also includes responsibility for the delivery of agreed sales targets and KPI’s.
