Data Conversion Specialist

Requirements:

• University education in business, STEM, computer science or similar preferred.
• Excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels.
• Aptitude for working with data with a passion for streamlining processes while maintaining accuracy.
• Analytical skills backed by high proficiency in combining and manipulating data from various sources – including Microsoft Excel, Access, MS SQL (database structure and queries) and other formats.
• Some programming experience (VBA, python) preferred but not required.
• Passion for ensuring customers and team members success.

Responsibilities:

• Help convert and migrate client data onto the AutoLeap platform from other systems using a suite of in-house tools/Excel with a high attention to detail.
• Be a key partner in helping our Implementation team in reaching ambitious onboarding targets by providing on time and accurate data delivery.
• Set clear expectations throughout the data conversion process and provide actionable conversion recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
• Project manage a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities in our internal processes.
