Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years merchant services application processing experience with a top-tier e-commerce processor or equivalent.
• SaaS payments orchestration experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Suite tools; Drive, GMail, Calendar, and Sheets.
• Proficient with updating Jira boards and/or Confluence pages.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Own merchant application processing across PayEngine processors and manage onboarding from submission to activation.
• Submit applications to processors, coordinate with necessary parties, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate application status and conversion reports consistently to management.
• Meet or exceed SLA targets, act with urgency, and handle potential onboarding issues proactively.
• Be a subject matter expert on processors’ SOPs and maintain onboarding SOPs.
