Responsibilities:
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Napster in close collaboration with the CEO and engineering leadership.
  • Conceive, launch and manage new backend and front-end features that will differentiate Napster from its competition, delivering increased subscriber growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Provide support for existing BD and account management teams in major pitches.
  • Communicate product roadmap cogently and succinctly to management, internal teams, the board, and at public events.
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing, detail-oriented, industry-leading product team.
  • Conceive profitable, resellable B2B products and services that can be sold to existing and new Napster clients.
  • Initiate and leverage all necessary data tracking tools and dashboards that are needed to make data-driven product decisions for existing and new product features.
