Requirements:
  • Associate or Technical School degree required, BA/BS preferred.
  • 5 years of industry experience.
  • Sales experience or aptitude required, concrete QA/QC experience preferred.
  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
  • Good computer and communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and construction environment.
  • Must operate a company vehicle safely and comply with traffic laws.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for product upsell, product mix optimization, and increasing revenue through assigned existing accounts.
  • Provide product and technical support to existing customers.
  • Support new product initiations and technical sales.
  • Maintain customer relationships at assigned accounts.
  • Perform dispenser repair and maintenance.
  • Integrate and support newly acquired accounts.
  • Inform the organization of competitor and market intelligence.
