Requirements:
- Associate or Technical School degree required, BA/BS preferred.
- 5 years of industry experience.
- Sales experience or aptitude required, concrete QA/QC experience preferred.
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
- Good computer and communication skills.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and construction environment.
- Must operate a company vehicle safely and comply with traffic laws.
- Ability to lift up to 70LBS/31kgs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Overnight travel required minimum 25% - 50%.
- Fluent collaboration with immediate team and the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product upsell, product mix optimization, and increasing revenue through assigned existing accounts.
- Provide product and technical support to existing customers.
- Support new product initiations and technical sales.
- Maintain customer relationships at assigned accounts.
- Perform dispenser repair and maintenance.
- Integrate and support newly acquired accounts.
- Inform the organization of competitor and market intelligence.
