Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
• Associate’s or greater degree in logistics, supply chain, or a relevant area is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Mandarin or Chinese is preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• 3+ years of experience using ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
• 1+ years of experience using Project Management software (ClickUp preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate or greater knowledge in spreadsheet applications like Sheets/Numbers/Excel, including using formulas and identifying errors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supply chain support to procurement team, tracking containers at every delivery phase from vendor to 3PL warehouse.
• Manage the state of marketing and production samples, process vendor invoices, and assist with container logistics.
• Create and submit purchase orders, validate payments, and track purchase orders throughout their journey.
• Reconcile discrepancies in purchase orders and maintain records like invoices and contracts.
• Support project management by creating and updating tasks in ClickUp, coordinating with project managers and providing status updates.
• Help improve and streamline processes as the company grows, build and update reports for cross-functional teams.
