Requirements:
  • Team lead experience.
  • Able to motivate and engage with engineers. You must be a likeable person!
  • Strong engineering experience working with high performance software.
  • You are passionate about writing solid code.
  • Solid experience with C#, .NET Core, microservices in SaaS setup, Open API.
Responsibilities:
  • As Tech Team Lead you will have the unique opportunity to recruit new team members and lead a new team in one of our Tribes.
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable cloud solutions with a focus on backend technology & APIs.
  • Work closely with our Product Owners to ensure business expectations are met, and we deliver solutions that work in real life.
  • Contribute actively to the code base by taking part in the implementation and code reviews.
  • Manage the Software Development Life Cycle within your team.
