Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Demand Generation Initiatives: Own and execute campaigns from start to finish, driving brand awareness and generating high-quality leads.
  • Optimise Lead Generation Channels: Manage and refine our existing channels like email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC. Explore and test new channels to expand our reach and improve ROI.
  • Drive Conversion Rates: Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel using A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Accelerate use of AI and Automation: Develop deep cutting-edge expertise in Gen AI and automation platforms for marketing efforts.
  • Leverage Data for Campaigns: Use data to craft personalised and targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Implement ABM and Personalisation: Engage key accounts and specific audience segments using Account-Based Marketing tactics.
  • Initiate New Projects: Proactively bring fresh ideas and lead projects that introduce innovative concepts into the marketing mix.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Events teams.
  • Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
