Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of investment instruments and fund structures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements for various funds.
• Reconcile investment accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with investment managers and stakeholders for accurate portfolio reporting.
• Monitor cash flows and perform treasury functions as needed.
• Identify discrepancies and implement solutions to optimize processes.
