- Screen IT resumes by parsing specialized skills and qualifications.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
- Interview candidates through structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates with job openings.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Onboard new hires effectively.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great workplace.
- Conduct job analyses to document duties and requirements.
- Stay updated with new technological trends.
