Expert/Advanced level experience with modern ETL technologies, data streaming and queuing technologies.
Experience or knowledge of data analytics and Machine Learning technologies.
Contact center, agency or similar fast paced dynamic environment experience is preferred.
Experience with various security and compliance standards such as PCI, SOC, NIST, HIPAA, HITRUST.
Experience in enterprise implementation, leadership experience, strategic planning, strong business acumen.
Expert level current Transact SQL skills to support current Data Warehouse, ETLs etc. and other application DB.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or others.
Responsibilities:
Assist in design, architecture and delivery of critical highly scalable, efficient and reliable data infrastructure, platforms and processes hosted in AWS cloud.
Ability to quickly come up to speed to understand current enterprise data architecture, systems, and processes.
At the direction of IT management collaborates with internal departments, teams, and external clients to understand business needs and executes on delivering data and platforms including self-service platforms.
Exhibits urgency and speed to market mentality, delivering projects to successfully on time and within budget while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
Work closely with offshore resources.
Drives IT solutions to ensure they meet the business needs balanced with a pragmatic and integrated approach to the design of technical solutions.
Remains up to date on key technology, business, and industry trends.
