Requirements:
- Proficient on Salesforce Administration
- Experience with Salesforce technologies, familiarities with Salesforce development technologies (e.g. Flows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages).
- Three to four years related experience or equivalent.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, good communication skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration for Salesforce instance(s)
- Validate proposed enhancements, evaluate technologies to support enhancements, and work with R&D to implement changes. Work with both our inhouse R&D and external resources.
- Be able to recommend and implement best practices across Objects, Flows, Experiences, reports as well as system ingestion of data from other platforms inserting and updating Salesforce data.
- Help set up and maintain our product roadmap for Salesforce.
- Be attentive to internal clients and stakeholders across the organization, enable and help them improve their Salesforce work performance, by offering the right solution for their problems and request.
- Assist in designing the best possible Salesforce based solution, in any technology Salesforce can offer, either customization, Salesforce development or external development.
- Work with our 3rd party Salesforce expert both for customization and development tasks.
- Oversee and assist IT with the support of users within the organization for Salesforce related issues.
