File Check Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university in mathematics, statistics, or a data/analytical domain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data comparison, conditional formulas, and data summary.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations related to biopharmaceutical manufacturers, reimbursement call centers, specialty pharmacies, or data management companies is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of data management in specialty biotech and familiarity with healthcare data sources.

Responsibilities:

• Compare test files against configuration setups to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Verify that test files reflect the correct business rules, healthcare codes, headers, footers, filename, and field formats.
• Identify and document discrepancies or errors in test files and escalate them for resolution.
• Ensure compliance of test files with configurations set up in the Claritas Rx data map system.
• Collaborate with Implementation Business Analysts to understand setup changes and their impacts.
• Maintain detailed records of test file validations, including methodologies and findings.
• Generate reports on the status of file checks and provide insights into recurring issues.
• Work with the Delivery and Data Operations teams for alignment on file validation processes.
• Participate in meetings to discuss outcomes and contribute to best practices.
