Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities in the blockchain ecosystem that can lead to the creation of new business offers and teams inside Protofire.
  • Describe the new offers, validate their market fit, and build models for customer acquisition.
  • Constantly improve ROI of incubation efforts and design new offers with superior economic models.
  • Anticipate and comprehend the latest market trends, proposing the development of new products aligned with market demands.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to validate offer hypotheses and generate opportunities.
  • Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral.
  • Manage offer team(s) to achieve quarterly and annual goals, engaging in end-to-end management of opportunities.
  • Secure offer budgets for market research and sales pipeline development.
  • Proactively seek grants or venture capital funds for developed solutions.
  • Participate in conferences to engage with key players and position the node as a thought leader.
  • Make decisions on assigning responsibilities to Protofire members and oversee customer success of projects.
