Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in commerce or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in a Call Center or in a similar position is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a clear expression.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Good IT skills, especially in working with CRM systems.
• Resilience, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in German (C1) in both spoken and written form.
• Interest in E-Commerce and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming calls from customers and prospects.
• Conducting outgoing calls for customer support and acquisition.
• Providing advice and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
• Recording and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through friendly and competent advice.
• Handling complaints and grievances.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
