Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy construction plant.
• Ability to drive and handle heavy construction machinery safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of technical literature including service manuals and parts books.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues, management, and customers.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in email usage.
• High attention to detail and conscientiousness.
• Reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness.
• Hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance servicing and inspections on Volvo construction equipment and miscellaneous equipment, submitting detailed inspection reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure work is carried out to high standards, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Complete product updates or campaign work as instructed by the CSA Planners.
• Accurately complete systems/paperwork such as oil sample reports, Matris readouts, and Service Inspection Reports.
• Work in accordance with SMTGB standards for health, safety, quality and environmental care.
